There is no doubt that life's a bitch
Whether you're poor, or if you're rich
It makes no difference either way
Life always has a price to pay

You pay your money, take your chance
And life leads you a merry dance
Black or yellow, white or tan
Female, male, woman, man

And at the end of life's long race
You've ran back to the very place
You started at so long ago
The lights go out, there's no more woe

But let's make merry while we can
Female, male, woman, man
For life is just a silly play
To watch and laugh at every day

12. A Look At Life
(Heikkilä - McGowan) Oh this one? Yep, I found many years old banjo riffs I had made on the old PC, maybe for later use. And forgot it there. So this is the use. I managed to lose myself several times not only in my playing but little bit on my singing, too. But when the sun was down, one of Davy's poem had been pushed into it. -- Jore

Nothing too bad about this – it's a good banjo tune, and good picking. Sounds like a sitar in the background – and why not? --Davy
